DVPX

Digi Voice Protocol eXtended — een nieuwe protocolmodulatie die we zelf hebben ontwikkeld. Ondersteunt een server- en spreekgroepenlijst vanuit het centrale paneel en privégesprekken in full-duplex. De volledig zelfgebouwde spraakengine gebruikt een vocoder genaamd GEVEZE.

DMR

Echte verbindingen met BrandMeister-, TGIF- en FreeDMR-servers met RPTL/RPTK/RPTC-handshake en SHA-256-authenticatie. Ondersteuning voor TalkGroup, Slot, Color Code en privégesprekken.

M17

Volledige verbinding met het opensource reflectornetwerk met een echte Codec2-vocoder en het officiële M17-pakketformaat. Moduleselectie en automatische updates van de reflectorlijst.

NXDN

Do I need a license to use Digi Voice?+

Yes. To transmit on amateur bands and DMR networks you need a valid amateur radio license in your country and a DMR ID obtained from RadioID.net.

Do I need a hotspot or radio hardware?+

No. Digi Voice connects to DMR networks directly over the internet. Your phone or computer is all you need.

Which protocols are supported?+

The following are fully supported: DVPX, DMR, TGIF, NXDN, M17, P25, YSF/FCS, D-Star (DCS), and IAX (AllStar). These are actively supported.

How can I improve audio quality?+

The built-in Codec2 vocoder is sufficient in most cases.

Is Digi Voice paid?+

Digi Voice is a hobby project. See the store links in the download section for current distribution and pricing details.

Is my data collected?+

The app stores your settings such as callsign and DMR ID on your device only. See the Privacy Policy page for details.

What Is DVPX?+

DVPX is a voice, data, and video transmission protocol and modulation developed from scratch specifically for the Digi Voice ecosystem. It can also be used in traditional radio systems that have the required RF architecture. It was developed by Digi Voice software developer Fatih ÖNDER (TB1TFO). It was developed from scratch, from the audio engine to the modulation structure. In terms of audio quality, it is significantly superior to other protocols and has very low latency. The modulation protocol is named DVPX (Digi Voice Protocol eXtended). The vocoder used is named GEVEZE.
